“We booked a 2 bedroom unit, but was given a 3 bedroom, which was fine. The location in District 7 was great. It's an easy walk to many restaurants, markets, and shopping. The unit was very clean, and was spacious. We felt very safe there. Using Grab for transportation was inexpensive, and mad getting around the city very easy.”

“100% Satisfied. I also stayed at Oakwood residence before, and that is how I got to know about Richlane residence. These two residences share the restaurant for breakfast and I could also use the poor and the gym of Oakwood and Richlane. Enjoyed my stay, and I will stay again. ”

“Photos of the basic unit is for a different property across street that hotel claims to not know why it's posted. I couldn't receive refund so had to stay in their provided unit that is 1/3 of the size of one I booked. Room had some appliances that didn't work well and no TV remote.”

“The rooms are big, the cleaninest are not comparable to other hotel, the security is questionable since the staff know our pass codes. The man who greeted us was rude, screamed at us and demanded that we should park our car and walk with our luggages for a long distance to our rooms even with our elderly parents. On the website said breakfast included but when asked they tried to avoid it and said the restaurant was closed and brought up some bánh mi and coffee when we insisted. We sure won't……

“It was a nice property but it was in an area far away from the CBD. It was an area with a lot of Korean food options. But not a lot for Westerners ”

This is serviced apartment type or hotel apart with extra invironmont : sakura park along the river , great garden with waterfall . water palayer for kids in the afternoon . But not suitable for people lazy to walk cause they are to large for just Bed and Breakfast .”
