“Fabulous stay at Hyatt Centric ”

“Overall Experience was not at all Good because first of all Check in was not at all smooth we have to wait for 30 Mins to get our rooms and after 30 mins i have got 1 Room and 1 room after 30 Mins and staff was not at all good and coperative and Later We have visited pool and the pool tiles were broken and we got injury as well. And Service is third class. Buttler comes after 30 Mins ice and glass comes after 30 mins and air conditioning, fridge is too old in the rooms. We have booked ultra……

“Room was a bit worn out, bedding was worn out, towels were worn out, Overall felt more like an upgraded lodge that has seen better days.. Lot of small issues - coffee maker did not work, one of the plug points did not work, electronic key did not work, tap in washbasin felt like it could fall off anytime, toilet seats have seen better days, breakfast was pretty poor quality and rooms border busy road with heavy traffic (need to keep fan in full blast to drown out noise so that you can……
