“我們在這邊住6個晚上，因為飯店只能每3天清潔整理房間，對於有帶小孩，垃圾量較多的家庭比較不那麼好，後來有去前台要求能多清潔一天，前台反應需要加錢。 除此之外，地點很久。房間很大，景色很好。”

“隔音滿糟的，晚上睡覺還聽的到樓上腳步聲，唱生日快樂聲音，裝潢設計是約30年前的設計，房間門還不能關上，壞掉了，停車位是要另收20au的，乾淨度是好的，距離海邊很近，但不會在去住了，圖片跟現場有差別”

“Residences much more comfortable than Star Hotel and very close to Casino if that’s what you like. But plenty dining options and pool/spa choices were great. Wished we stayed longer at residences than the Star Hotel. ”

“Our family of 4 staying for 3 nights in the middle of our driving trip from Sydney to Brisbane. Great location, with steps away from beach. However, we forgot an iPAD during our stay as we suddenly found this out while we are on plane back home. We then called to hotel and up to now 3 days after coming back we still didn't heard back from them. This is a first time I had such a scenario as I am a frequent flyer internationally and having tens of trips per year. ”

“It's a great place to stay. The bedroom is spacious and clean, and the bed is really comfy. As for the other facilities, it has everything that one expects to find. We can easily travel to anywhere since it's across the tram station. Plus, the receptionists are wonderful and are willing to give us assistance whenever needed. It's definitely our first choice to stay if we visit Gold Coast again.”

“小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯”

“Spacious apartment and equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Magnificent view of the sea and beach at balcony. Heated pool and a small gym room are available. Free parking. Very near to Broadbeach and and Pacific Fair shopping mall.”

“The early arrival was at 7am,The receptionist kindly arranged a room for us to rest. The room over a thousand feet was first-rate and incomparable. The receptionist told me all the details and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much!”

“The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed……

“The room is big because I have booked a Twin rooms with 2 bathrooms. It is very comfortable. The location is convenience. There is shopping mall besides the hotel. We can go through the hotel corridor to walk to the main road. There is many restaurants nearby. We can walk to the beach along the road and it takes around 5 - 10 minutes. 灰狗 station is nearby so we can take the bus to Brisbane. ”

“Stayed in the One Bedroom Skyline Hinterland Residence, had nice view, and we bought some seafood and cooked them in the room. The only blemish would be the study room, it’s quite useless.”

“It’s an ideal location for business travelers who needs to attend conference in the Gold Coast Exhibition and Convention Center nearby. However, it’s a resort hotel instead of a business hotel, so no work desk and work chair in the room so basically you need to work on your bed if you need to. And there could be a bit of noise outside during weekends because people could be partying outside. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Overall I am satisfied with this stay.”
