“The saving grace for this property is the customer service. The front desk staff (the evening of our arrival and the next morning) were pleasant and very accomodating. The breakfast lady wss a sweetheart and she kept everything well stocked. However, the room had some issues. The water pressure was really low and shower stopped working at the end of our stay. The room keys stopped working the evening of 5/25 due to some system issue. Unsightly garbage and spare parts were piled up on the 2nd……

“The host was accessible when I had questions and responded quickly. The propery is in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very roomy and comfortable. The only thing that would have been nice was if it had ceiling fans. And the blinds at the sliding door be replaced since some are missing. Other than that the property was great. If in the area again will definitely stay again.”

“There is no street parking allowed in this neighborhood. Host’s driveway was full upon my arrival, and had a lawnmower blocking the way. Attempted to message and call the host, and received no response. I was sent to voicemail immediately. Once in the room, I was tired, and wanted to take a quick nap. That was not possible due to the noise from the neighborhood, children playing upstairs, the humming of a mini fridge in the room, and chatter from the host’s main home. I did not feel……
