“LOCATION, LOCATION. This apartment is just off Las Ramblas and the plaza. We are seniors but managed the narrow staircase. As a bonus Mario was there when we arrived and left and he carried our luggage.”

“經濟實惠，接近主要景點卻不喧擾，前台人員非常友善，房間內洗衣機等生活用品應有盡有。唯一遺憾，冬天屋內稍微陰暗，不過不潮濕。 It is in a quete area with walking distance to main attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and they contact me in advance to make sure everything is clear and easy for me. The room is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine(dryer included), stable WiFi, and eveything I need. The only thing I am unsatisfied is the room is not spacious and dim. The price is very resonable for what they provided.”

“The property is small, but served our needs for one month stay. Like other comments the unit is central to all sites and easy to get around. This is an old dirty building and the hallways were dirty and smelled of rotting garbage. Exterior of building and lobby photos were deceiving. Our arrival time was delayed 3+ hours and due to time difference and language we were not met in a timely manner to receive the keys.Trying to communicate through VRBO is not acceptable. After a long day of visiting……

“The property was ok overall but the advertising says that it’s sleeps 7 but there is an upstairs bedroom that has a very Low ceiling adults can’t stay up on that room. Also, you need to go to a secondary location to pick up your keys and check-in, which is not convenient for travellers visiting a foreign country. Overall a little dissatisfied as one adult had to sleep on the couch. ”
