“這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。 房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。 旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。”

“The cabin was lovely and had everything you could need. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious. I was surprised that Lake Arrowhead is so crowded with houses. They are on small lots and seemed on top of each other. So it wasn’t the wilderness experience I was expecting. Also not very tourist friendly as only homeowners are allowed to use the lake.”

“This was everything we expected! Super nice place, great big patio. The layout of the house is a bit weird but totally fine. The best part is the location so close to the lake and brewery. As such, it's also right off of the main road so you can hear the traffic during the day so not the right place if you're looking for quiet secluded forest. Definitely the right place if you're looking for easy trails around the lake and walking distance to a lot of things to do!”

“Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. Over all a 8/10”

“My girlfriends and I decided to go away for the weekend to relax and reconnect and Chateau Bernina delivered. First of all, check in is seamless! I never met the owner and I had a question for Michael and he responded immediately..very impressive response!! The Chateau was clean and the home was equipped with essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were all comfy. The jets for the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not work, but the indoor jacuzzi and sauna……

“This was an amazing house with great fixtures and features. Very convenient location. The only small things that didn’t work was the downstairs shower due to the handle. I will say, they did offer to fix during our stay but we declined! So super fast response time! Then the downstairs toilet would run so we found this out when the water commissioner came in the am. Which was great!! Those two minor things didn’t stop us from having an amazing experience with the house!! Can’t wait to stay there……
