"Property undergoing renovations. So hopefully the disorder will be cleared soon. It was disturbing to have been placed in the room where a HUGE construction trash container was placed in front of the window. No visibility to the PKG area or my car. This is a safety concern as well."

"Nice old historical property. A little pricey on the room and restaurant very pricey. Rooms were clean but only Wi-Fi and coffee maker in room. I forgot how small a full size bed was for 2 people. lol "

"We came up to Hot Springs formy husband to hike the trail. We have 2 kids under 15 months and a 13 year old dog. The selling point was the fenced in yard. It was large enough for my older daughter and dog to "explore" together, but not so big I couldn't sit on the porch and keep an eye on them. As far as homes I've VRBO'ed before this one was quite small, but was PERFECT in keeping the kiddo wrangled. The stand up shower was large. "This little plot of land is so special, it rained most of my stay but I didn’t mind one bit! Mountain rain is one of the best things on the planet. The host created a very comfortable, cozy space on the property and I am grateful to have had the pleasure. Thank you to Danni & to the wonderful garden workers at Bluff Mountain Nursery for their kindness and hospitality all weekend—would love to come back and take advantage of the farm tour/animal meet-and-greet next time!"

"I booked the place because wanted a hot tub for the weekend and the hot tub is prominently advertised in the listing. The hot tub was broken or at least not in working order and was filled with trash and brown water. I even contacted the host to verify there was a hot tub but they never responded. It’s unfortunate because otherwise the place was perfect. Quiet, remote, beautiful location and super cozy fireplace. Be advised, there isn’t any Wi-Fi or cell service but that was what I was looking...
