“We had an amazing 2 days getaway with our friends and family! Our almost 5 hour drive to this like in a fairytale house location was so worth it. Very quite place, mesmerizing view from the balcony and relaxing beach style feeling from the pool. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need to make your stay feel lime home. Adults enjoyed the pool, but the cherry on the top was the huge, modern gym, were kids were having a blast! Actually an amazing addition along with all……

“Property very clean and cute. Decorated as a a fairytale cottage. Our biggest complaint it was not advertised - The cottage had a spiral staircase to second bathroom and 3 bedrooms We are seniors and the staircase was hard to navigate. The only other complaint no bedroom had a bedside lamp or light. Each had a stand but no lamp. This made it difficult to see at night if you needed to find the bathroom. But over all a nice house nice location”

“After you park you enter a little Oasis right in town. This place is stunning! Beds and couches are comfortable! Listening to the tiny waterfall in this wonderful backyard setting is a must! Landscape is immaculate. You almost feel secluded like you are out in the woods, because of all the trees surrounding majority of the place. Best candle company(Warm Glow) shop 15 min drive.”

“My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at this home away from home! I totally recommend anyone to stay here when they visit Dayton. It wasn’t too far from downtown and there were a few stores in the area. The host accommodated everything that I needed and was responsive to all my messages. My children also loved the game room and it had a tv in every room. Very entertaining for children.”

“The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!”

“The pictures uploaded are either very old, or doctored. Bed sheets had stains on them with black light. Cameras installed throughout the inside of the home. No running water when we arrived. We checked into a motel, and then owner tried to charge me $2000.00 for "water damage", when there was no running water and we never stayed.”

The outdoor seating area was perfect and provided so much additional seating and we enjoyed the scenery. So easy to decorate since magnets are provided. The projector screen was a perfect addition to the party and we were able to show photos the whole time. He contacted me shortly after booking, gave me additional information needed to access the property. From the river next to the property to the home itself, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend! Upon arrival, the key was easy to access, going inside the house was clean, and the living area was big, there was notes and snack……
