“My husband and I were celebrating with our wedding party and stayed at this amazingly affordable spot in NOLA. Near all where you want to be in an up and coming neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better place for our group of 13. The bathroom situation is solid with all 4 rooms being accessible via the main room. I do wish they updated the description as they do not have a hot tub outside (no jets!). The place could use some love and investment, it really is a gem and could shine even……

“I rented this property for my husband's 40th birthday. The good: Visually, it is stunning. We had a 10 person dinner party on Saturday. We enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail hour before the dinner upstairs near the bar. The dinner was flawless (shout out to Furloughed Four) and everyone enjoyed themselves. The owners were responsive when we needed to reach out to them. This place is perfect for adults. The bad: So, this isn't necessarily bad, but full warning, when we arrived, the owner had……

“Our group of 7 adults enjoyed the property. It was about a 3 block walk to the St. Charles streetcar, so eliminated having to drive. The property itself was so fun, we felt we were staying in a funky museum.”

“Two kids loved the house. They went on fishing charter and caught 34 fish redfish, trout and a big catfish. Loved the swamp tour on the airboat. Large alligators and raccoons came very close to the boat. Six adults and two children. Close to New Orleans but very quiet and relaxing area with great views from all the decks. We will be back soon. Karen the property manager a pleasure to work with.”

“Perfect for a large group/ family, can’t say enough great things about this house. Classic NOLA beauty. Gorgeous Details abound. . Everyone had very private quarters. our elderly parents were perfectly situated on the main floor, no stairs was a bonus for them. The kids loved the pool. Sitting on the porch under the fans with our sazeracs and bloody mary’s was a Marigny delight. Perfect location for that quiet neighborhood vibe, yet a short walk to everything. St. Roch’s market has delicious……

“We had a 20 year college roommate reunion and this property was perfect for the 6 of us. It had a fantastic layout, roof deck and a common pool area which was great to relax in. The neighbor hood is great as well and only a 5-10 minute cab into the French Quarter. I'd come back!”

“Super well appointed. Plenty of space for 6 people, close enough to all the activities but far enough that it felt like we could truely decompress at the end of the night. There’s a trolly 3 blocks away but don’t count on using it, it was completely full every time we tried to- however it was spring break so that may have contributed to the crowdedness. Overall, everything was really great. The rooftop deck was all of our favorite part. ”

“Noisy neighbors for our first three nights of our stay up until 2:00 am with screaming kids and party parents. Lots of street noise. We were not made aware that we were staying in an upstairs unit with a flight of very steep stairs. Kitchen was outfitted with dollar store knives and sheet pans. Bath towels were very thin except for three.”
