“I chose this place because it is close to my extended family so we could visit them easily. The house is very spacious and has three rooms, just as described. The children enjoyed the house as did the adults. The jacuzzi tub is a nice addition as well. Overall, getting to the house was easy and the guarding as well as the owner were easy to contact. “WE HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH THE INTERNET IN THE MASTER ROOM. IT WAS NOT WORKING ALL THE TIME AND WE COMPLAIN WITH THE RECEPTION DESK BUT THEY WHERE NOT ABLE TO HELP US. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, OUR STAY AT PUNTO MARISCAL WAS EXCELLENT”

“El lugar es amplio y muy seguro. Las personas que atienden el lugar son amistosas irrespetuosas. La recámaras y los baños muy limpios. No sé si es por la localidad del cuarto que nos tocó, pero por su cercanía al anillo periférico hace muy difícil dormir porque el ruido De los automóviles, camiones y camionetas es demasiado. También, hay que dar muchas vueltas para llegar al lugar.”

“Great place to stay. Secure area with nice pool, gym area and views. Driving is recomended to get to the main center of town, as once you get out of the property it may not be as safe walking at night and trying to cross the very busy road.”

“Communication was consistent. They have a number you can WhatsApp. My first night there, the water was out for the whole island, but they turned on the emergency water so that I can shower. It’s at the entrance of the island, so you won’t have great lake view like the hotels on the west side of the island. Everything on the island is so easily walkable though that it’s not really unnecessary. Also, no hot water, but that’s also unnecessary. Water is cool enough for the hot weather. ”

“各方面都好，尤其是有厨房和厨具。但是美中不足一点油和盐都没有。如果提供一点盐和油就好了。唯一不满意的是遮光窗帘拉下来后味道难闻，所以我们住的三天都没有敢再拉下来，早上早早就被亮光叫醒。除此之外，我很满意，如果下次来危地马拉市我还选这里！”

“Todo el lugar muy Bonita cómoda , limpia muy hogareña … un lugar recomendado por su comodidad muy amplia … Lo único malo q podría decir que el ruido de la construcción que había en la propiedad no fue muy buena ya que con un bb no fue cómodo … aparte que el último día no se respeto como devia de ser la hora de salida .. tuvimos que salir con prisa por que nos dijeron q a qué horas nos íbamos por que tenían que limpiar la casa …y aún no se llegaba la hora de dejar la propiedad según la……

“Todo muy bien dentro de edificio pero escalinatas a la entrada en el día es difícil distinguir los niveles por tener el mismo color lo que puede dar por resultado un an accident ; en la noche se distingue el nivel por la luz roja ”
