The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in the kitchen so that we could go off an explore the city without our bags, which was super kind. They communicated with us regularly via Whatsapp regarding the readiness of our room so that we could return to check in early if the room became ready. There is a sports bar right next door, so there was some audible music until late in the night, but it was not too loud. It was……

“Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.”

“Jenna’s B n B is a special place on the outskirts of Panajachel. If you like rustic, eclectic and scenic spots this will work for you. The food they serve is superb and the manager, Ivan, and staff are not only good at what they do, they are wonderful people!! I had a lovely stay.”
