“If you are looking for a place to relax,boat wood fires at night, soak in the hot tub, watch the sunrise, read....this lake front home is perfect. Brooke, our property contact was very helpful Any questions we had were answered immediately. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you need to cook. Bring your own food in, as the nearest grocery store and wine store is a bit of a drive. This is a beautiful lake house and location to explore Lake Nipissing. We brought our own boat and explored……

“Cottage was great. Walk to the water is a bit challenging but not bad. Fishing was ok at times.”

“The cottage sits on a slope up 40 feet approximately from water with a beautiful view of the lake.The stairs could use some improvements and extended down to the water for elderly people. The garage with darts and ping pong was great for the rainy days. The boat house was a bonus also.”

“This cottage was outstanding! Loads of space and all the amenities we wanted/needed. Have rented cottages the last couple years this was the best cottage we have stayed at for kids. The amount of outdoor space, play set, and games were a hit. Also, the yard was fenced off from the water, which allowed us to let the kids play without worrying about them wandering too close! Sarah was so responsive and helpful, a wonderful host. Would recommend this cottage to anyone!”

“The property has a lot of great amenities. The dock is beautiful and the beach is nice too. The view is lovely as well. Cabins are good, basic but have the necessities. Beds are very comfortable. The Vrbo listing does not provide a lot of detail. Signing a contract will be required with many additional stipulations. Firewood must be purchased on site at a cost of $13.50 per small bag. Communication with owners could have been better. Poor communication led to a very unprofessional outburst by……
