“房子很新，很大，景色很美，有私人溫泉，足湯（普通熱水），一早起來就見到富士山，整體都很好。 不太滿意的是住了兩個晚上，抽紙，廚房紙不夠用，但房子沒有補給服務。配置的洗衣機有乾衣功能，但乾衣後衣服起雛嚴重。”

“I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. The laundry machine is broken and leaks everywhere, leading to badly washed clothes and a wet floor. The beds were wet before we entered the villa. We tried to sleep, but too moist to……

“第一次住民宿，整體來說很不錯 設備新，地點佳。離車站步行約10分鐘，民宿旁就有7-11. 但我們入住兩天，毛巾只有一天用。隔天沒有更換毛巾。所以毛巾第二天還是濕的。因為第一次住民宿，所以不太清楚是不是不需更換。但整體入住感覺不錯。”

“Property was very comfortable. It's close to some onsens and public transport. The house is old and there are some damages, but other than that there were very little issues.”

“we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult.”

“事前に案内を頂きましたが、実際に駐車場の場所がわかりづらく、探すのに時間がかかりました。 部屋は設備もよくキッチンや浴室のアメニティ備品は品揃えがよかったです。 和室は床暖房があり暖かかったですが、寝る時は布団が熱くなり過ぎたので注意書きがあるとよいです。 テレビもネットが見れて便利だと思いました。 また強羅を訪れる時は利用したいです。 ”

“Quaint location that is set up well. Nice amenities and easy access to public transportation. ”

“Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead……

“This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!”
