"it’s always nice having a suite. We were on the bottom floor and the guests upstairs you could hear every step they made and it was quite loud. I would give your front desk customer service five stars. They deducted $50 from our stay because of the noise. We’ll have to make sure we request the second floor next time. Thank you Julie. "
