“Très bel hôtel bien entretenu avec un jardin luxuriant et une jolie piscine face à la mer. Il est un des plus beaux hôtels de l île. Vous pouvez louer un scooter à l hôtel facilement. Privilégiez le forfait à la journée sinon cela devient vite compliqué. Pour information, Phu quoc est situé à quelques kilomètres (15mn de scooter) Le petit déjeuner de cet hôtel est très complet et copieux. Seuls points négatifs de l océan bay resort, le prix des boissons élevé dans les 2 bars (avec une taxe……

“It was a large local resort with great location, walking distance for shop, night market and restaurants, I think it was quite famous for local people, you better choose the bungalow suit room, for all bungalow with sea view, excellent. ”

“首先芒果湾的食物真的是做的美貌且美味，可是住宿环境实在是让我不能接受了，房间内有固定的几只壁虎，然后蚊虫蛾子死不完，半夜尿急也忍着不愿意上厕所，因为觉得厕所更可怕，洗澡也只能乘天亮洗，因为淋浴这边没有灯。我们住的两晚风很大，晚上都会下大雨，海浪声吵的根本无法入睡，只能塞上耳机。房间内赤脚进去，但风大很容易就把各种垃圾吹到房里，赤脚踩着就不舒服也觉得很脏。但是酒店的服务还是很不错的，有接驳巴士和价格合适的接送机服务，SPA也做的很棒，以至于我直接睡着了。如果再让我选择一定不在这住，但必须来吃东西和体验SPA。”

“位置遠離繁榮的市區但是能得到優質的服務與住宿環境，飯店服務相當周到，餐廳食物非常好吃只是價格稍微有點貴，但是仍然非常划算。海灘維持得很好，可以在度假村待上一整天享受藍天大海與SPA，飯店也有提供很多免費的活動可以嘗試。”

“Outstanding 9 nights at this well positioned hotel. Room was in great condition, always perfectly made up each day. Good size, clean swimming pool with sun loungers. Wonderful beach setting with plenty of sun loungers which offered good shade or plenty of sun. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Terrific staff who were an absolute credit to the hotel. They simply couldn’t be more helpful, smiling and desiring to provide the best for you”

“好失望，令我同家人有不愉快 我預訂了家庭房，其後酒店曾跟我聯繫，説住在家庭房的客人想延續多幾夜，而我們只是3個人，建議我們分開兩間房，我沒有答應 到了酒店後，家庭房真的沒有了，只剩下那兩間房，已一早安排，並且兩間房相隔很遠，那我為什麼要預訂家庭房，當時酒店前枱同事説銷售同事安排的，那麼在Expedia就不要有家庭房的選擇吧，我們感到無奈 另外，房間真的算乾淨，每天都打理得不錯，但花灑和水喉都是温度時熱時冷，完全不可以穩定”

“If you are not afraid of insects and animals, it is an okay hotel. We experienced that the air was very bad and we found a gray silverfish. We did get another upgraded room where the air was much better, but we immidiately found another disgusting insect in the shower. When we caught the insect in a cup and went down to the reception with it, the person who was there was so frightened that he almost jumped, so it was not only us who thought it was disgusting! There are also a LOT of ants……

“I just spent 5 nights at Mango Beach and it was just what I was wanted. On the sea, private, chilled and relaxed. The staff was friendly and helpful - especially Harry whom from the start was inviting and attentive. I would recommend if you are looking for small quiet resort that is clean, safe and the grounds are beautiful. ”
