“Very good location, right above the Oedo Line, 20min taxi ride from Haneda Airport. Hotel staffs are professional and helpful, will stay again for my next Tokyo trip! ”

“The hotel’s location is fantastic and the view is superb. However, there’s still room for improvement in respect of service. Whenever we requested something, we were attended to in piecemeal fashion. Staff’s level of English may need to be improved. In addition, the bathtub was not equipped with shower gel or shampoo, and there is no TV in the bathroom. The TV also do not have Netflix or Apple TV functions. The theme of the room is also not Japanese enough, for which I cannot tell any visible……

“Quiet and very convenient to get to the rail station”

“This is a great hotel to stay if you arrived in red eye flight or need to catch early morning flight to Haneda airport. It’s a short 5 mins taxi ride (abt 1300yen) from Haneda. Also have free shuttle bus for Haneda and JR Kawasaki station. Room is spacious and quiet. Deco is quite modern. Great value for this price”

“This is my third stay with Peninsula Tokyo. Perfect experience. I like its convenient location both to the commercial malls and the palace garden. It's just a 30-minute walk to the Tokyo station where I could reach out to everywhere.”

“The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just next to the Shinagawa Station. I feel good especially when I was taking my baggage from the airport. The reception and the restaurant staff are all very friendly and nice. Some improvement may be needed for the room, as it is not cleaned up very well, and the remote control of the television was not working well.
