“Very comfortable, spacious room. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Good breakfast. Great location, looking over the canal and a short walk into the centre of Chester. I would definitely stay again.”

“Hotel has a car park which is a bonus, the checkin and out was easy and staff were very accommodating. We didnt use the leisure facilities or eat as we arrived late and left early. ”

“Nice hotel in a brilliant location in the very pretty Chester centre. If you fancy a nice meal out there are loads of choices in the town, plus plenty to walk around and enjoy. In addition you're next to the roman amphitheater and the grosvenor park which is lovely for a walk or a short jog. Parking is in the multi storey car park on pepper street and is 1/2 price if you tell the hotel, but the spaces are very small (not ideal if you have a big SUV). There are other car parks available. ”

“Hotel was fabulous, they had upgraded me fr a standard king to a superior king. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only issue and this my own personal issue was the bed was to hard for me..”

“We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as part of a return journey following a vacation further north. The hotel location was perfect for our trip. The staff were friendly and did their best however were quite stretched due to a wedding function taking place over the weekend.at the hotel. The spa area was also quite busy. The restaurant food and breakfast were good.”

“Undergoing renovations but service was good and room was modern and clean. Right next to the train station and within walking distance of many pubs and restaurants. Great price probably because of the renovations. God choice for us!”

“Stayed in an apartment which was very well appointed & large. Quiet location but close enough to the center to get to restaurants and sight seeing. Bathroom in need of some updating but otherwise a great place to stay.”

“A beautiful hotel very central location near the Cathedral our room was in the cottage which was beautifully decorated. Breakfast is extra £15 pp we declined as there are so many nice little cafes and coffee shops near by. The bed mattress was too hard which I know is a personal choice. Would definitely return. ”

“这个酒店是带spa的度假型酒店，有游泳池、spa和很大的健身房，很适合休闲度假。我们预订的家庭房挺不错，预订时还以为只是一个大房间里加了沙发床，结果房间里还隔出了单独的小卧室，只是小卧室偏小了一些，刚好放下两个单人床，但客厅相对较大，且客厅中的沙发床很大，总体适合一家3-4口度假居住。略有不足是酒店不在切斯特市中心，而是在市郊大约10分钟车程的位置，总体还算方便，性价比较高。”
