“Total relaxation with the splendor of the Delaware River just across the lightly-traveled street. Too early for river sports but there’s plenty of hiking in the area’s many parks, easy access to services with a walk across the bridge to Callicoon (market, restaurants, movie theatre, a few shops) or just be still to watch the eagles fishing for hungry babes in the nest above, river ducks and geese, and small drifting boats with fly fishing folks. The front bedroom is tight and the second is dark……

“This ‘rustic’ cabin has been renovated so well. Lots of cool surprises like the indoor electric fireplace with crackling sounds and the outdoor propane fire table to watch the sun set. New baseboard heating with individual controls. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and some basic seasonings and condiments. Nice furniture pieces including the’Fainting Chair’ by the fireplace. Didn’t use the kids bunk room but it looks perfect for a hangout. Nice selection of books and a few games. The……

“I got my parents a getaway and they LOVED staying here and will definitely be going back! The host is super sweet, helpful and accommodating! I will def be renting this place for myself in the future!!”

“The property was clean, checking in and out was easy. We wish we would have known that the bedrooms were as small as they were (the bed is too small for two adults), more blankets on the beds would be good too. Also, propane tanks were empty as a result we couldn't grill or use the outside fireplace (that was a bummer). However, would consider renting it again!”

“This was a great getaway for our family. It had something for everyone: double bunk beds and lots of games for the kids, a kitchen with all the amenities for the adults and 360 degrees of beautiful nature all around. Our only complaint is that the property manager didn't get back to us about a question until the day before we left. At that point he happened to mention that we shouldn't use the fireplace. That would have been good to know going into the trip. Otherwise, a great time was had.”

“My husband and I stayed here in May of 2024 for a long weekend. Our prior Poconos cabin getaway was a bit of a disappointment - aging buildings, not very clean, few modern conveniences. This place was a very pleasant surprise! It has very new appliances, a large walk-in shower, a lovely two-person hot tub, a fireplace, HDTV (with an HDMI port if you bring any devices), 200mbps/25mbps (from what I could tell) Internet service (incredible for the location)… There was everything we could……
