“An excellent choice if you want a water view while staying in Cooperstown and vicinity. The house was eclectic yet strategically updated with a modern kitchen and baths with a brass fixtures theme throughout the house. The house was equipped with everything we needed and can't imagine what could be lacking for anyone else. Main bedroom view is fantastic, as was our host Michele who was quick to respond to questions and most accommodating when we requested a late checkout. Would not hesitate to……

“The Boathouse is located down 67 stairs - which we read about in the description - still a workout, especially when loading in or out. The property was perfect for our family of four. There were lots of bugs on the windows, so we decided to keep them closed at all times. The window AC unit cooled the house enough and fans are provided. The house could use a refresh of furniture and towels. If I went again, I would bring my own towels. The beach towels provided were great. The water is stunning.……

Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. ”
