Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra.”

“Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. “Full of local flavor...it is an older property that requires open windows for cooling. It's great because it's close enough to the water so the sea breeze is refreshing. We didn't need a car because there was so many great things within walking distance and parking was a nightmare. Ride sharing was always available too.”
