“I stayed at this property as part of a 2 week break to the Scottish highlands and in Particular I bike dthis hotel as it was close by to Beinn Eighe which I hiked as part of this trip. The hotel itself is an older building with a lot of history and culture, it has an interesting lift which is really old and unique and I’ve never seen one like it, the room was old in style and in some parts a little dusty but mostly clean. Breakfast in the morning was a Buffett and this was very good. ”

“The hotel is no frills but for the price has everything you need for an overnight stay. The room was clean and bed reasonably comfortable. The toilet and shower facilities were excellent. ”

“Couthy and comfortable. Host is welcoming and the dogs are extremely well behaved and friendly. Room was spacious and so was the rest of the accommodation. Quiet area, so good sleep. Great views and in walking distance of the pub which offers good food and drink at a very reasonable price. Breakfast choices were wide and impressive. Great value for the money and I would highly recommend Netherton.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage was quintessential Scottish and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker for those of us who would like a pot of coffee and didn’t have a dryer. Fortunately we were able to dry clothes in the glorious sunshine while we were in the Highlands. Strathpeffer was a lovely place to visit. Drove to Ullapool for the day, great day trip. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful spot!”
