“La habitación apartada y pagada era doble(dos camas matrimoniales) al llegar nos dieron una habitación de una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama muy incomodo y ruidoso. Nos dijeron que estaba saturados y que ellos no comprometían las habitaciones.”

“Great staff, very nice location. Free to borrow the bikes and paddle boards, very accommodating. The shower water doesn’t get very hot or cold, and AC is alright, but other than that it was perfect ”

“The rooms are very old and tired - could do with an upgrade. Food was nice but the same. Cleanliness is excellent. Beach was amazing. Entertainment was fun and the outside bar and seating area was great for us. All in all had a great time. ”

“El hotel y las instalaciones son muy bonitas es un hotel tranquilo la playa es muy bonita pero el servicio de meseros es muy malo cuentan con poco personal y se tardan mucho en atenderte, y traerte la comida, el check in también me lo dieron tarde, y las propinas no están incluidas lo deberían especificar. ”

“The property was excellent. The only negative was that the pool and jacuzzi was under renovation and we were not able to enjoy this amenity. However, I will return once it’s completed. ”

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……

El único inconveniente fue que estaban reconstruyendo la alberca, ( este fue uno de los motivos de selección), entiendo que es una mejora, mi comentario es que cuando esté algo fuera de servicio por bastante tiempo, indicarlo que no se cuenta con el servicio ”
