“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“Hotel is in a good location right near city centre, shops close by and bus stops. Bedroom was nice especially the bed very comfortable and the shower was great. A bit surprised they did not have a fridge in the room but apart from that everything was there and they supplied fresh water bottle everyday. Friendly staff and overall nice and clean.”

“Hotel location is good. The room is clean and comfort. We have 2 rooms booked, 1 room with 4 sockets and 1 room with 2 only. Having 2 people in one room, 2 sockets is not enough as people has many things to charge when back to hotel. ”

“Nice and tidy hotel near the city centre. Just 15 mins walking distance from Europa bus station. When we arrived at very beginning, the air condition was noisy and we requested to change another room. The staff are helpful and willing to change another room in the same floor. 鄰近商場及巴士總站, 轉變走多十分鐘便是主要大街. 附近亦有超市及找換店, 十分方便”

“酒店外牆搭上棚架，90%房間位於地舖樓上，而其中幾個地舖連同隔鄰地盤進行拆卸工程，早上九時開始，被拆卸工作嘈音吵醒已算了，更出現樓層搖晃、震盪，程度不輕，但由預訂酒店至 check in 入住，酒店亦沒有任何相關資訊及通知，實在有隱瞞情況。”
