“We stayed at this home over MA April break from school in April 2024. Accessing the home was super easy, and once inside it has absolutely everything you could need for a beach vacation. They have tons of beach stuff including umbrellas and chairs. The pool is also really nice the hottub is especially great on cool evenings. and lastly the house is in great shape, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has a bunch of extra things that you don't see in every VRBO (like cinnamon for cinnamon……

Only thing was we went to check in at 430 and a washer was being delivered ( no big) but also project manager came while we were unpacking & just entered house without saying anything and grabbed a table and fixed outside. Just odd he didn’t explain, especially when we had just got to go in and were ready to relax. We also saw online a hot tub listed but there wasn’t one”

“Had a great time at this rental. It was clean, management responded quickly and they didn’t have a laundry list of things we needed to do before we left. If I could give any pointers to the management company- I would tell them that an upgrade in the towels would really elevate the high end feel of this rental. The towels were small and scratchy- but other than that it was perfect! Well stocked in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, grill, pool and patio was ready to go. I would stay again……

“Lovely, very large home that can accommodate a large group. Great location, walk to the beach and the home was very clean. Some of the furnishing, bar stools at the kitchen counter and the dining room chairs were pretty gross and in need of replacement. The kitchen stove had blown a fuse, and did not work when we arrived so we were without a stove for 2 days. The kitchen is in desperate need of utensils. The pans were warped on the bottom and were not condusive to use on an electric stove. The……

“Our trip to this property was a great experience! The check in process was very simple and straight forward. The house was great - very clean, lots of beds, great amenities - and the location on the canal was beautiful! It's also within walking distance of a Publix grocery store, which was great for us to get food as we didn't have any cars. “We truly enjoyed our stay at your cute little villa! It was the perfect distance to the Hard Rock Stadium. We stayed for the Miami Open and the villa was in a quiet neighborhood without the hustle and bustle that you'd expect in Miami! When we got there the villa was spotless and shiny! Everything we needed was available from toilet paper, shampoo, and spices in kitchen! The pool towels were perfect for our afternoon swims.
