“This is a well-maintained cottage of recent construction. It has two large bedrooms, each with a full bath, and a large kitchen/dining room/living room between the bedrooms. It also has a spacious screened porch that is surrounded by forest. Indeed, the whole cottage is surrounded by forest in a neighborhood that is like the Wind in the Willows. It is a beautiful property, inside and out; and the owner, who lives next door, is helpful”

“Two friends and I came to Asheville on a girls trip and stayed in this new house. I was a bit hesitant to book it because it was a new listing with no reviews yet, but I took a chance because the photos were appealing. The house is beautiful! It’s a little sparsely decorated, but that didn’t really matter to us. It’s a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath which we were looking for to all have our own rooms and baths. 2 of us ended up sharing a bathroom because the 3rd full bath is 2 floors down where there isn’t……

The main room provides an authentic cabin experience in the midst of beautiful mountain greenery, while the updated kitchen & bathroom provide the modern conveniences. Hosts provided us with excellent information about things to do in the area. We loved the location that is very close to quaint downtown Weaverville and excellent restaurants. Plus it is a short easy drive to Asheville. Great value for the price!”

“We were .5mile from downtown. It is vertical living, but the elevator was super useful for a friend who has mobility isssues with stairs. Generally the unit was clean, but there was mold/mildew on the floor of each shower. Had I packed flip flops, I would have worn them in the shower.”

“Very clean inside and outside! The description of the cabin is exactly as you read in the ad! The neighbor in the same duplex was very nice and inviting. Very quiet! The beds were VERY comfortable and I can be very picky when it comes to that! We had 1 small incident, but was solved VERY QUICKLY, even at almost 11pm. We couldnt find a sheet or blanket for the pull out couch, but like I said, with no hesitation leslie's either property manager or cleaner ( not sure who actually came out ) she was……

“This was a fantastic girls weekend with my girls. A gorgeous cabin right on the river with an amazing deck. We saw eagles, ospreys and an otter swimming by while having coffee on the deck. We also relaxed at the near by hot spring spas for an hour got dinner at one of the local taverns. Tried our hands at fishing while relaxing near the water. Amazing place to relax and unwind. Definitely coming back for a much longer stay. FYI: Stop at a grocery store prior to coming into the local town it has……
