“We have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s and this home was ,by far, the most well stocked accommodations we have ever stayed at. There was everything you would need, from toothbrushes to ample hangers! There was an incredible welcome basket waiting for us with goodies and a bottle of wine. They even had a personalized sign welcoming us. The beds were extremely comfortable! “We had a conference in Annegeim and needed a landing spot at night that wasn’t overpriced near Disneyland. This was only a 20 minute drive and was easy to get back and forth. Private parking spot made it extra nice, as we came home late from events and left early. There was excellent communication with any questions that arose. “Couldn't have been happier to stay here. I am away from home often, this place felt just like home, but better. 4 blocks from restaurants down town. A little further walk and you are on the pier. Great location. Everything you may need is with in walking distance. Shops. Restaurants. Ocean views. The apartment has every thing you would need. Don't bring anything but your clothes. Quiet. Safe area to walk. I would not be afraid to have my wife walk here after dark. Loved it.”

“Place was as depicted. Great place to stay, especially for beach access. You might want to note that this unit is on about 70th street, and the boardwalk doesn't start until about 40th. If you want more isolated beach play, this is great but not so great if you want to walk/eat by the boardwalk. Had a small issue with the water heater, but we resolved it ourselves. Warning - This unit is on the main floor. If the upstairs guests are noisy, you can hear everything. If they're quiet, no problem.……

“The place is cozy and worked out just fine. We had some issues getting the door to unlock and no one was answering out calls. Luckily after about 20 minutes it finally worked. We didn’t hear back from the hosts for over an hour and that would have been a long time to be chilling outside. Garage was good for out car.. had a hard time finding the trash bins. Was not just us. Lots of people wandering around trying to figure out where they were. There wasn’t a manual that we could find in the place……

“This property has tremendous potential. If the host upgraded a few things, it would have made a positive difference. The location is ideal for visiting HB without the expense of beachfront accomodations. The apartment needs better ventilation in the main living area, perhaps a ceiling fan. It also needs a sofa. It currently has a wonky futon that is not comfortable. The host is gracious and responsive. Aziz was very friendly and provided a portable AC in the bedroom and also provided an iron and……
