“Pros: The proximity to the beach and to two local coffee shops is unbeatable. The space was clean and quiet which is great for travelers with families. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Cons: No bath mats, heater didn't work, no clear parking spot directions, and the toilet seat was broken (I believe it was mentioned that it was broken already in past reviews, which means it still hasn't been fixed).”

The house had all the amenities that we needed, it was clean, and the view from our living room was breath taking. Nothing beats drinking your coffee looking out at the Ocean. Rick (host) went above and beyond for us when we had a mishap with important luggage and there are no words to explain how thankful we are to him. If……

“This vacation rental is well run by customer-focused staff who keep in touch and respond to questions and needs. We found the apartment very clean and well decorated. It had a nice balance of common area - living room, kitchen, and bath - and 2 cozy private bedrooms. The location was great for quick access to both the beach and the bay.”
