“Came for my son’s wedding and stayed 4 nights. Was clean and bright. Beds were nice and soft. Neighborhood was good and quiet. We loved it and will stay again on our next visit. ”

“We are no strangers to the town of Beaufort and typically visit at least once a year. This trip was extra special as it included 4 generations of family staying under one roof for the first time. We all enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and swing, especially my grandparents who are in their late 80s. Since we were just a few blocks from Front Street, we indulged in some of our favorite Beafort hot spots: Beaufort Grocery, Dockhouse, Backstreet Pub, Moonrakers, No Name Pizza, Front Street……

“We had a fantastic stay! This was one of the best equipped homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we could ever need (crock pot, blender, etc). The garage was stocked with beach supplies as well which was incredibly handy. The house itself was very comfortable and in a great location. We walked to the public dock every night. We will be back!”

“Wow! I cannot say enough about the great time we had at this home! We were looking for a house that could accommodate a corporate retreat and host dinners for 40+ guests. We had 15 people stay at the house and hosted meals there. What a perfect spot! Communication was top-notch and they were so willing to work with me on the itinerary and allowing for our group meals. The house is absolutely magnificent! The owners have thought about every single detail and it shows! We have already reached out……

“We had the best long weekend at the Blue Marlin with our group of friends and their families! The location is amazing with direct beach access and really close to the grocery stores! The house is in great condition, has tons of great outdoor space, beautiful living spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen. The kids (all under 7) had a blast as did the adults. And Amy the host is so responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!”

“The house was convenient to the area. Having to share laundry area with the apartment and only having 8AM - 2PM was not ideal. Evenings would be better for a family. 1 bathroom for 5 people was ok, but made it comparable to a hotel room. Beds were not comfortable at all unless you like extra hard. The beds were the biggest negative. Everything else was good.”

“The space was just right for 4 women. All the rooms were a nice size and each had queen sized beds that were very comfortable. The living area was cozy, the outside deck was fabulous! We especially appreciated being so close to the beach and the way the dune directly behind the house blocked the view of people on the beach, while providing an amazing ocean view. We would definitely rent again!”

“Our stay at the Sea Fern Cottage was wonderful! The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach, convenient for beach days and sunset strolls. The neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe and peaceful. The house itself is lovely with a charming coastal vibe. The kitchen was a highlight for us, well-equipped and spacious, perfect for cooking meals and enjoying family time. The bedrooms and living areas were also cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day at the……

“We had 9 people (5 adults and 4 teens). Plenty of room for everyone. Beach front is awesome. The beach dune was a little tough for Grandma to walk over but manageable. The water was beautiful green and crystal clear. Well stocked beach chairs, boogey boards, etc. Five minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Staff at all stores and restaurants were very friendly...food everywhere was great. The house is well stocked in the kitchen but the house could use a little TLC (loose door knobs, needs……

“The place was clean and looked just as the pictures suggested. It's only a short (and pleasant) walk to the beach. I had a few questions, and the property manager was more than helpful. We did have a mix-up with not having a parking pass, but the time of year I stayed meant that it really didn't make much of a difference. I hope a backup parking pass isn't tough to acquire in the future.”

“Was great. Only suggestions is to check flushing of upstairs toilet I hallway and to have a real steamer for shrimp, crab legs etc”

“We had the best girls weekend here! This place is amazing and this was actually my second stay (last time w my little kids). Renee was super responsive and this place had everything we needed! The girls kept talking about the view and how we wished we could wake up every day to that view! Downtown Beaufort was easy to get to for lunch and the farmers market- and the music festival was than five minutes drive as well! We will definitely be back!”

“We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. My only complaint is that the room……

“When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.”
