“Comfortable stay”

“Beautiful view and large apartment!”

“We were attending an equestrian competition at Los Angeles Equestrian Center. The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!”

“The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.”

“We had an issue where our vehicle was accidentally blocking a neighbor's driveway while we were stuck away at an event. Julio was able to work out a solution to carefully move the vehicle instead of having it towed, which saved us a lot of inconvenience. The place was very comfortable and easy to stay in!”

“The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.”

“Don't hesitate to book a stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, upscale and very safe. There is always parking out front. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. Excited to return soon and try the pool in warmer weather.”

“Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was perfect. Walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking was also a nice feature. Some things were dated. Bread spread had holes and blinds were broken. And I wasn’t pleased that the heater did not work. It was absolutely freezing in the house. However, I did not reach out to the owner. I figure you get what you pay for”
