"The hotel really just a few steps to the beach and the honolulu zoo. Also close to the Diamond head. The breadfast was free and sumptuous. The real problem of this hotel I think is, too many residents but too few elevators and they run too slow. I sometimes had to wait for 3 elevators to be able to get in. "

"The location is great and the room space is big enough for 3 people. Reception Amber is really nice and friendly, thanks for helping us get our room smoothly and early. Only onething we think can improve better that the schedule of house keeping is arranged not well. We back to our room at 2 pm then found the room not clean up yet, after that we get rest in the room around 30 minutes then waitress come. We told her we don't need to clean the room and want to stay here for resting, bur she said she must be do her job done and feel so sorry about the delayed, so we left for an hour. We didn't mad but thought this service should be improved. Others are all good."

"Located in the center of Waikiki Beach, very easy to get to the tour bus and transportation, but the different floor has a huge difference,upper floors are much better than the lower floors,and the customer services are different as well."
