“We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay ”

“The guesthouse is a beautiful old building with new modern facilities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent spacious room with 2 chairs. Very clean. Good ample breakfast. What stands out is the accommodating, friendly staff. The parking is limited and tight at the hotel but there are other places to park close by”

“Beautiful guest house just a couple of minutes from the long sandy beach in Ayr. Fantastic location for walking and just a few minutes to the town center. Our room was pristine, it even had its own small fridge, with a bottle of chilled water and fresh milk. The room also has a microwave. There's a choice of cooked breakfast, which was just perfect. ”
