“Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! We were even informed that toothbrushes are not provided. It would be fine if toothbrush kit are not provided if is an serviced apartment style accom but the accom publicise itself as a……

“Parking is absolutely terrible and we needed to go an entire round to get back to the car park. But the room is fine and has essentials.”

“Quiet place and have to drive a bit to reach. Clean but phone isn't working so whenever need anything, need to go lobby to get things done.”

“Nothing that’s really terrible but when we are greeted by stains on the dining table, walls and sofa, it really sets the tone for the entire stay. Makes you wonder how dated this property is even though it isn’t, I think it’s high time for some maintenance works.”

“The security is Safe. But the interior was totally down, Water Tap, Shower Holder faulty. Master Bedroom curtain almost fall out. No TV remote control, Wifi broke down and waiting for 3 nights, nobody repair it, poor children unable to log in their Ipad. Flying pan alot of scratches Not Safe to cook. Only can text the owner no voice communication. Sad. ”

“這次帶著家人去樂高樂園玩，住在這也挺方便，我們去上水樂園玩，住宿有洗衣機 ，玩完水可以洗衣服，叫車也方便，環境也不錯，就是附近沒有吃要叫車出去才可以”

“Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. ”

“Stay was 5-star grade. Unit was provided with utmost cleanliness with clear instructions and ample of labels for guests to locate where to get things. There is even a manual booklet to share more info about food and entertainment, etc. Overall, the place made us feel so much like at home. We will love to return to stay at the same apartment for our future visits. ”

“去legoland好方便，只係喺對面。但屋苑好似未裝修好咁，雖然不太影響入住，但出入時有少少唔方便。”

“酒店房間很大,係公寓,一廳兩房,但交通只有的士,附近沒有超市或購物的地方,只能說訓教可以但不能買東西”

“This was a great place to stay. It was nice and big for the family with toys to play for the younger kids. Across from Lego land. My only 2 things were, no coffee cups for coffee. I’m a coffee addict. And the water never got hot enough, even with the water heater on. But otherwise perfect place. ”

“We liked the place as it was comfortable and nice wiew to harbour Some things was short that only one keycard that was to access to entry and no access to the pool or gym and that was listed Also only not much hot water supply as we have only about have it 3 days all together. “房間空間大也新淨，浴室空間也足夠但裝修風格不時尚，燈光也不足。 每天均補充樽裝水。 酒店有不少適合兒童玩樂設施，可惜入住時泳池仍有工程未開放。 餐廳也不錯，意大利菜那家水準意料之外高水準！自助早餐及晚餐都不錯。 到水上樂園及主題公園僅幾步路程，實在方便！ ”

“Actually, I only stayed for one night, but the feeling was just okay. The lobby has kept my luggage in the lobby for a long time until I went downstairs and took it back by myself after few unanswered phone calls being made. Meanwhile, the TV channels are not enough without many choices. The washroom was small if compared to other five stars hotel. If you ask me whether I will stay there again, I won't. Overall, only a 3.5 stars hotel!”
