“My spouse and I stayed here, and we liked it quite a bit. I thought it was a nice quiet area and it’s really close to the water bus system to get around which is nice. There are a lot of beds and places to sleep, much suited for a family or group of friends. The only thing I was not a fan of was that there is NOT a bath tub as listed, but rather two showers in separate bathrooms. They recently renovated, separating the one into two. Great for some, we just didn’t need that.”

“This place was clean, well appointed and absolutely in the perfect location to walk easily everywhere. I saw the reviews about there being 78 steps up to the apartment so I was not surprised when I got there. The 78 steps really aren’t a big deal if you are in reasonably good shape and it is so worth it when you see how nice the place is. I would absolutely recommend staying here.”

“10 min to St. Peter square. Clean and safe. Very good service attitude. Breakfast is nice and cheap. Mr. Ginnaro, the servant of breakfast, is a very nice guy.”

“The beautifully appointed apartment was perfect for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need, including a coffee maker with pods. The host also got us started with milk, oj, Prosecco and bacon, eggs and bread. The location is perfect - close to everything and the hosts are very responsive to any questions. Definitely would recommend if staying in Florence!”
