“I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. “We had a nice stay at Jerry’s apartment! Pros: The apartment is affordable and has everything you need! It’s confortable and close to Mount Washington and North Conway that has many restaurants. It’s located on a quiet street with views on the mountains and the house has a very beautiful garden where you can sit and just enjoy the surrounding nature. The communication with the host was very easy. Cons: The apartment is quite humid so you should expect a humidity smell. The bathroom doesn’t……

“Very cozy and clean. Everything seemed new and well taken care of. The gas fireplace was a nice extra touch, we used it every morning while we had coffee & breakfast. Location is very convenient, close to downtown North Conway and many restaurants. Wifi was a bit sluggish, but we were not looking for a "workcation" so we didn’t mind. Great weekend getaway location for a couple!”

“The property worked perfectly for our family trip with the grandkids. Location is great for Santas Village and Storyland. The facility had great pools and game room. There are row boats and a petting area for the kids too. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with our kitchen needs. Lots of puzzles and books for the kids . The owners communicated with us to make sure our needs were met. Would stay here again next year!!”

“This was a great place. We enjoyed being close to town. Lots of cute shops and restaurants. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive. Cute place. I would recommend and hope to stay again when I’m passing through 😊”

“Cheaply made bedroom area, on a platform, major tripping hazard, not clearly marked with "watch your step. Thin walls, cheap sink.. flimsy. I could go on, but lets leave it at that.”

“The property was overall clean and ready for our stay. The floors were a little dirty but the bed, bathroom, and kitchen was all very clean. Smelled fresh. Communication with Abbey and the team was super easy. We stayed for the White Mountain Half Marathon and had to leave very early in the morning. There were no issues checking in or out. The place is small but is everything you need for a stay away.”

“We booked for the weekend to do some 4 wheeling. Very easy to find, very close to the main trails and gas/store. The house was amazing and very clean. Also very cozy as if we were at our own home. When we book again, 100% will try to get this again if available!”

“We stayed here for a skiing weekend. The condo itself was well-kept up and comfortable. Fully stocked with kitchenware and bedding/linens. The owner, Paul, was extremely easy to contact - we had a problem connecting the the wi-fi, he called back immediately and we discovered that there was a typo in the check-in instructions. Problem solved. The amenities were great, small workout area, huge jacuzzi, nice steam room, lots of games (pool, pinball, arcade, etc.). My only complaints (and that……

“We traveled to Jackson to hike for s couple days. The house was a perfect launch spot and had everything to make oir stay comfortable. Very clean and a wonderful host. We will be back as my woman’s group is planning a hike trip this fall,”
