“Had 4 couples (2 parents, three adult children + spouses) and a 4 year old and infant. sleeping arrangement were slightly cramped (one room was double/single bunk), but EVERYTHING else about the property was spectacular. Everything we needed for a successful outing.”

“This property was absolutely perfection! It was very cozy on a very secluded property. Jen was amazing at getting back to me when I had troubles rising the temperature on the hotub and offered to come help immediately, however we did get everything working properly without her having to stop with her instruction. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the hottub and taking in the magnificent views from the grounds. The bed was so comfortable and it made for a good nights sleep! I would highly……

“To start to say this place was great is an understatement! Was the perfect place for my wife and I’s first wedding anniversary. Check in and check out were very simple. The evenings and mornings were relaxing as could be with the location being very secluded. Cabin was very very clean and comfy all the way around. We look forward to making this a tradition and going back every year. I seen some negative comments leading up to our stay which is generally just a year say. To say those comments……

“The Sage Cabin was great for our 3 night visit to the area. Quiet, clean and pretty much perfect for our stay. Being pet friendly was a big plus. Cabin location was ideal for us as it was close to the amazing Hocking Hills State Park and only one hour from Serpent Mound in Peebles. We also enjoyed learning the details of the early 1800's history of the Adena Mansion in Chillicothe, about 30 minutes away. All places well worth the visit. Mark was a top host. We use VRBO a lot and he was a 10/10……

“Travelled with friends for the weekend and place is great and they had all the things what we needed at this place. Enjoyed the sit on the wrap around deck and the hot tub. Host made us aware of the some fall bugs which is good and understandable due to the fall time.”
