“We stayed for 3 nights - house was clean and as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood, nice backyard, we enjoyed sitting and watching birds and BBQing in the yard. Good location, easy to and from airport, and Louisville, waterfront park and pedestrian bridge were nice and close. House was clean, kitchen had what we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in this area.”

“Pulled up to this home, it was very welcoming. Easy to get to with lots of small restaurants and coffee shops reasonably close. The space was great for our small family and the hosts provided anything you could want in a rental. Would recommend and would use again when we visit Louisville.”

“We were in town for just a quick trip. Looking looking short notice for a hotel to accommodate 5 is not easy and we were lucky enough to find this house. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed. My only regret is that we didn't have a reason to stay longer and enjoy it more. “Our visit began before we arrived, the host had wonderful communication and we were prepared when we arrived. The property was clean and fresh. It is within a short drive to most every entertainment venue and certainly kept us close to our destination. Our next visit to Louisville will certainly include another stay with this host!”

“Our family goes to the National Farm Machinery Show and Tractor Pulls every year. We have stayed 2 years in this house on the river, it has a beautiful view, the house is very nice and host very easy to work with.”

“We checked in on Friday afternoon. We walked to many of the local restaurants that were within blocks of this house. We had a wonderful time. The common areas are very nice and each bedroom was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet . We loved sitting out on the porch and talking in the evening.”

“Very cute little shot-gun style bungalow. Decor has a classy art-deco vibe. The place was super clean. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Bedrooms are quite small with very little storage but the beds were super comfortable. It would be quite a stretch to sleep 6 as it has a very small pull-out couch in the main area. Also, no hot tub as promoted. The host was super with communication.”

“Overall our stay was good. We had 22 girls, ages 8-16), 5 adult chaperones, and an infant stay. There was plenty of beds for everyone, with pillows and linens. The queen bunk beds are very wobbly, would not recommend an adult on the top bunk! Luckily we had kids on all of the top bunks. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor, so lots of stairs to haul groceries. Kitchen was well equipped, and beautiful. Plenty of prep room, and counter space. The 3rd floor space was a nice quiet are to get away from……

“Great place for the Derby, it is a quick Uber ride to the Uber drop off or expo center. The place was great and as advertised. I would recommend and stay again.”
