"We were looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with a decent rating and a good price. This fit the bill. It was represented as an older property that had been rehab and was in good shape. That is exactly what we found. It was nothing fancy, but it was clean, and the staff was very friendly. "

"I t was a quite place, there was Pilot Gas Station across the street. The A/C was very Cold, the bed was comfortable.The bathroom was fine, no WiFi that I know off. The towels weren’t that great.The TV had a lot of channels and worked great."

"It feels like a new property they offered coffee 24 hours. It was very clean comfortable we were in a king suite and it was at a quick first day. The only thing that I found missing was in-room room safe. Breakfast included very nice with fresh pancakes. "

"When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. ."

"Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across."
