“The first being the size of the room, it was incredibly small The reason why this hotel was disappointing was the view. I paid extra for the Empire State Building and although I could see it, it wasn’t a perfect view and there was obstruction. Honestly, there are way better hotel in the city. Covid19 obviously prevents certain things like house keeping, restaurants in the hotel being closed as well as the gym not being open, which is understandable but annoying. The staff was incredibly helpful……

“Had a great stay besides the issue of our TV not working. We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed. For paying over $300, we expected at least an update or anything. Not professional if you ask me.”

“Small rooms but extremely efficient in design. Great aesthetic. Disappointed in how much self-service one has to do though - check in/out, luggage storage etc. for the price. It’s not a cheap hotel. Beautiful exterior gardens on main floor and great rooftop. ”
