“Foubd it! The peefect spot to fit our beeds. We will definatrly be back next year.”

“Impression of this property is that it requires serious cleaning; floors very dirty; old, expired foodstuffs in refrigerator and cupboords; dirty dishes/silverware in cupboards; no dishsoap provided; no dishwasher soap provided; counters and cupboards need intense scrubbing; all cupboards/drawers need to be organized; wary about electrical wiring; extension cords almost abusive in outlets; no portable heaters found, very cold; no intructions for use of television; no instructions for use of wall……

“We enjoyed staying in the well equipped home and everyone was able to spread out comfortably in the large great room! Enjoyed walking down to lake and watching the sunset. Look forward to coming back one day”

“My Husband and I had a great stay. We were very close to Turning Stone for a concert we went too. It was private and quiet. Will consider reserving again in the future.”

“The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house!”

“Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy……

Great spaces for both indoor and outdoor relaxing; gorgeous views of the water (we were there in April, so too cold to swim, but it would be fantastic in the summer!); exceptionally well appointed with cookware and dining ware. Highly recommended for a family or friends getaway.”

“This home had more than enough beds and bedrooms to accommodate our extended family for our daughter’s college graduation. We appreciated the basket of complimentary goodies. Brad was very communicative when I needed to reach out. Our only issue was these pesky mosquitos that were out in droves.”

“This is my second time staying at this property. We came back because, well, we really like Tom's place. It's not uber fancy. If that's what you want, maybe look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for a cute home in a quiet and secluded neighborhood that's clean and has everything you need for a nice getaway, this is your spot. I'm sure we'll be back again.”

“Being close to the beach was important to me and this is exactly what we got. House was clean and it's location was superb. We ended up staying an additional night and property owners were very cooperative in making this possible. We had beautiful weather and the beach was not overcrowded. We just loved it here.
