“This is probably the best hotel for the money I have ever seen. It was really a spectacular place. It compares well with such great values as The Salisbury Hotel in Hong Kong. The staff was remarkably well trained. The were fluent in English and very attentive. The room itself was huge, looked brand new and was extremely well decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, served in a pretty restaurant that was quiet and friendly. This has to be seen to be believed. I will never consider any……

“The service at Fraser Suites Nanjing was excellent. The suite was very comfortable, with everything we needed, as well as being bright and welcoming. Breakfast had lots if western and Asian choices, and again, service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Fraser Suites Nanjing. ”

“Overall it's a nice stay. Room is clean, quite quiet on my floor. And staff made you feel welcomed. Their toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn. Though in very small bottles, it's enough for one day use. The service at the breakfast is good! They showed you the way personally not only directing you by pointing out fingers. The check-in service is a bit un-organized. I guess it's due to there were a group of meeting guests checking in at the same time. No hotel staff to guide people stay in……

“Terrific rooms (admittedly, I had a junior suite, but it was among the best I have stayed in, especially considering how reasonably priced it was), excellent breakfasts in a pleasant restaurant, but most of all, super-helpful and friendly staff even when there was a bit of a language barrier. Extremely minor nit: my mattress was a bit saggy in the middle—should be replaced.”
