“The way to the onsen is instructed clearly from the room to onsen. However, the way back to the room is rarely directed. As the hotel has thousand of rooms, it is easily to get lost when you want to go back your room. Other than that, everything is perfect and the most surprising part is the welcoming drinks. You must be very thirsty after the spa and you could be comforted by the drinks. Thank you for the hospitality.”

“This is a great hotel to stay if you arrived in red eye flight or need to catch early morning flight to Haneda airport. It’s a short 5 mins taxi ride (abt 1300yen) from Haneda. Also have free shuttle bus for Haneda and JR Kawasaki station. Room is spacious and quiet. Deco is quite modern. Great value for this price”

“The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just next to the Shinagawa Station. I feel good especially when I was taking my baggage from the airport. The reception and the restaurant staff are all very friendly and nice. Some improvement may be needed for the room, as it is not cleaned up very well, and the remote control of the television was not working well. But overall, the room is bigger than I expect before, and it is very comfortable. ”

The hotel is very kids friendly - from point of check in, my girl was offered a plush animal. We chose the kids room which there was a child tent with thick mattress underneath, my girl loves staying there and always mentions going back to the room. Would love to return in future!”
