“Good experience”

“一家入住，價錢有點貴，但景觀，沙灘，食物都好，有詢問處提供一切島上觀光資料，服務也好，只是房間有點陳舊”

“Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit”

“The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. ”

“I like the location for the things I like to do. The climate is wonderful. Its quiet and clean, the lack of standard services offered by similar establishments is offset by the availability of services such as resturants, shops, groceries, gas stations, etc, all within walking distance. “Pro: *Apartment is near the pool, easy for kids to go play at the pool and back. *Easy access to different locations in Hawai'i, we wen to North Kohala, Kona, Hilo, and Volcano. It is great when you need to go different places in the Big Island. *Basic needs are met. *Less than 5 min to the supermarket on Car. You can walk even to the supermarket. Cons: *Since no body really lives here, other than a basic needs, some thing you want to have does not exist. Such as, stopper for the bath tub,……

“My family and I had a great time! Loved the location and pool. The condo was very comfortable and quiet.”

“The apartment was excellent , clean and well maintained. Having a private car spot was an additional perk. Location is good and there are shops close by as well as restaurants.”

“We took a quick trip back to Hawaii to visit our friends and family after moving to the mainland a few years back and stayed at the condo in Mauna Lani. I am very picky with cleanliness and I was very impressed!! The unit is very clean and had all the things we needed. Having a baby it was a must have to have a pack and play and they had a very clean one. We also needed to extend our stay and Meredith was great with helping us with this. The swimming pool is right off the Lani, which was great……

“The pictures on VRBO did not prepare us for the incredible view from this unit. Due to breathing issues, I can't lie down when sleeping, so I was lucky enough to be able to sleep in one of the comfortable recliners in the living room and wake each morning to the beauty of the Hawaiian sunrise over the ocean. It was magical. And the care with which the unit was furnished, its perfect location near shopping and beaches -- everything made our trip perfect. There was also a fantastic supply of bed……

“We enjoyed our stay at this location. The Condo had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Would highly recommend this location. One suggestion, it would have been nice to know that beach towels, beach chairs, an iron, blow dryers were all included. These were not listed on the amenities list. Had we known, we would not have brought them.”
