“為了慶祝自己的生日而入住這間酒店。 房間寬敞、整潔和明亮。 房間可欣賞到 SPICE Arena、Setia SPICE Convention Centre及 Aquatic Centre 建築群，晚上燈光閃爍，盡享美景。 戶外泳池早上到日落也能盡享陽光。 健身室器械算是齊備，如果能增添多部拉背的器械就完美了。 無論是門僮、前台接待員、房間清潔員工、泳池員工、餐廳接待員等等都是非常有禮貌和笑容可掬的，值得讚揚。 酒店附近也有大型美食中心，而擁有Goggle 評分4分以上的餐廳食肆也不泛。 總之以上各點，本人希望能再有機會入住這間5星級酒店。”

“I was recommended by my husband who visited this hotel a few times when he was a kid. He told me that the breakfast buffet, swimming pool and beach are hard to miss. Finally we can visit Penang and stay in this hotel and indeed it remains true today! The Javana lounge allows us to relax and enjoy a few glasses of cocktails (with some board games ready for us to enjoy.) Additional bonus is the spa service in late afternoon! We shall choose Parkroyal Hotel again when we visit Penang in the near……

“A purely family-oriented holiday hotel, where your kids will enjoy the swimming pool as well as the Hard Rock Cafe. I personally recommend this Hotel to those who would like to bring the kids for a weekend break or holiday. The hotel staff, including the reception are very friendly and helpful! “Service is good. But the interior condition of the room is somewhat reasonable, the bathroom drainage has a slight issue whereby the flow of the water is quite slow. Suggest for breakfast to be improved on. Otherwise there is a whole stretch of street food to consider for breakfast which is cheap and good. ”

“Location is quite isolated. Staff friendliness is just to the standard but not very helpful. Facility is old and not user friendly. But the breakfast is very nice and not expensive at all. Price of the hotel is nice too.”

“Actually I would not comment on this site but it's not a very pleasant stay with others playing hard rod music till 3 am that shouldn't be happening. As though it's like a pub in the room where they are more than 10 people going in and out as I am not sure what they are up to as it's on a working week and not even a weekend or lock down section. Where I think you all should consider it before your booking whereas the beds is bad and the toilet all fittings leak bad and or no water comes out from……

“Could not find the property, clearly this has been a problem for others, even followed the hotels guidance of putting in another building in sat nav, the taxi driver could not find also, ending up paying for a hotel that i could find.”

“Wir waren im Januar 2024 6 Tage in dieser Unterkunft im Zimmer 809 Das Hotel (gleicht eher einer Zimmervermietung) befindet sich im 2. Sock. Einen Hinweis ist weder unten am Eingang, noch im Lift zu finden. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben immer gut geschlafen. Weil es am Fenster keinen Tagvorhang gibt, kann jeder, der zur oder von der Lobby kommt ungehindert in das Zimmer schauen. Ein Nachtvorhang ist vorhanden. Zimmer und Bad sind in Ordnung.
