“The property was exactly what we were looking for…secluded, quiet and in the middle of the nature. We booked a regular villa and got upgraded to the big villa for half of our stay. Given there are only 5 villas in the whole resort, we always got the feeling it was as just us there which we loved. The breakfast was very very good and the service was amazing for our entire stay. ”

“well, extremely convenience to Ubud city center...... the hotel provides free shuttle service between hotel and Ubud city center til 10pm....... just simply give them a call n tell them where you are, the hotel shuttle bus goes to the location to pick you up....... btw, we enjoy the outdoor showers in room 202, and 203. they.......the access between two rooms is also great........ if you travel with kids, the sofa hotel provides in the room solving the problem of extra beds for……

“Very nice atmosphere They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning. But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist. TV in our room is always no signal. As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.”

“我們住的是上、下兩層別墅。上層的那個客廳清涼得很十分寫意。地方清潔環境寧靜，偶爾有雞的啼叫, 小鳥叫聲。在這裡有免費下午茶及甜點提供。 早餐十分豐盛。是下單後現煮，所以要點時間 我女兒早上還跟正在拜神的服務員學拜神，他們都很有禮貌 別墅更提供手提電話，方便當客人外出後，叫車接回別墅。這裡離烏布市不遠，車程約8分鐘 在這裡可能提供奢華的感覺，沒有大型泳池，但這裡確相當迷人”

“第一天使用戶外澡缸，本來預計給小朋友在裡面泡澡，殊不知他們熱水是電熱水器，無法一次提供大量熱水，後來重新加熱需等一段時間，他們有為此跟我道歉。第二天晚上剛好我們房間外的水管爆開，水經由廁所流入房間，地板都受潮，後來是我自己發現反映給飯店，他們先用膠帶捆綁後，第三天早上才把水的源頭開關關閉，積極搶修，但也造成第三天整個早上全部房間無水可用。我陳述的是真實的狀況，可能我們比較倒霉吧，都遇到了，離開時他們也沒多做解釋，當作沒事情樣。或許巴厘島的生活較緩慢，他們覺得這樣的情況還可接受，但總覺得管理階層應該積極介入處理。但周遭環境有漂亮的小徑跟很不觀光化的梯田，也有很多歐美人士待的homestay，人不多，外在環境還滿棒的，但相對而言，也比較不方便，較難到達，但附近有一cafe餐點還不錯。”

“This is a lovely, small hotel perched over the beach lined with fishermen’s boats coming and going. Pool area and lawn great. Very serene place, we stayed a week. We chose to enjoy all our meals in the restaurant on premise. Food was very good, Indonesian and western, very fresh and prepared well. Lovely staff; attentive and warm; very clean and well kept. Our room on the floor had a fantastic, wide ocean view! We loved our stay! Thank you Hotel Genggong for a wonderful stay! ”
