“This hotel scammed us. Despite booking and paying for a double room, they pretended Expedia had only booked a single…and said they had no rooms left. They told another couple arriving later the same evening the same lie. They had clearly rebooked our rooms as soon as they could charge a higher - peak season - rate. Appalling - no one should stay here!”
