“This is a well maintained property. It was very clean and fresh smelling upon first arrival. The check in was just text communication from the host. Simple. The location is nice. Easy to get to stores, restaurants, etc. As mentioned it is near some train tracks and the trains do come by frequently during the day and not really at night. This did not bother us but could be an issue for others. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are some complimentary coffee /tea supplies ready which is……

While we did not have any time to use the outdoor amenities during our stay, the host had created a beautiful oasis for guests to relax in (hot tub, pool, picnic table with misters, lawn chairs, and fire pit!) Would definitely love to stay here again if we visit Fresno! If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, no need to look further.”

Kyle's house is actually what showed in photos and description and close to everything. Nice neighborhood. Would stay here again and a again and recommend 1,000 times. Kyle's home is a dream cozy house with the personality of a 5 star penthouse! Super clean and beautiful with all the amenities I could ask for: Kitchen, stove, microwave and refrigerator. It's VRBO……

“This studio apartment was a perfect home for my husband and I while we were in the area for a couple of months. The neighborhood is really nice, clean and safe. Julie was helpful and responsive for anything we needed. The hot tub was excellent! Nice and quiet- all around good place to stay!”

“My family and I stayed for a quick trip. The house was easy to find and instructions and communication from the host were awesome. The house was cute and clean, appreciated the additional towels and liked the provided soap and shampoo/conditioner. The would would be great for an extended stay as well, great backyard for kids to play, the extra security of the locking fence and use of the garage were an added bonus.”
