"We had the best time staying at this beautiful property! The kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the manatee off the dock. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the dock drinking our coffee and closing out the day with a glass of wine. The new black stone made it super easy to cook our fresh caught fish. My kids said the only issue is they wanted to stay longer. Cannot wait to go back! Thank you Divina!"

"We found your place on Vrbo and It was fantastic! The place we stayed was everything we needed. Relaxing , beautiful the view was beautiful and the beach is very nice and great chairs to relax, and take in the beauty! Micheal was amazing host and very helpful to help with ideas where to eat, get groceries, and just so Grateful he alllowed us to stay and enjoy 30 years. Loved just a short walk to sunset park to watch the beautiful view of sunset !!! If looking for a place to relax and enjoy a vacation , we give it a 10 out of 10!!! "The house was great and had everything we needed. Perfect location in Key Colony Beach with short walking distance to the club and multiple restaurants/bars. We had plenty of space for our 30' boat at the dock and enough space in the driveway to park the truck and trailer. We used the launch at the KCB marina and it was large enough and deep enough for our boat with very easy access to the canal."

"We so enjoyed being on the water wonderful sunrises & a few manatee sightings. Very clean AC was cold, hot showers, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Beach and pool within easy walking distance as well as some good restaurants. Agree with everyone 100% Dani is a excellent Host!"

"My wife and I stayed here. Everything as was advertised. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all one big open room with a nice television and plenty of seating. Kitchen is fully equipped as we took advantage of that and the propane grill. It was nice to be able to cook for yourself and not eat out all the time. The master bedroom was comfortable. Bathrooms were just that. Bathrooms. Plenty of water pressure. Our favorite part of the house was back deck. You have access to the canal. We had manatees visit us on a couple of days. Sun shines on you all day if you enjoy sun bathing. There is a tiki hut out back to get in the shade when needed. There are fans to help cool you. We never got in the hot tub, but the water seemed to be clean. Cabana Beach Club is a short walk. Sunset Park is an even shorter walk. The locals visit there every night and sing a song about Marathon. Very cute. Evelyn, our host, was easy to reach when needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we can come back again."

"Nice condo and owners excellent to communicate with. The master suite king bed was very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is amazing!! Everyone was friendly & we had an amazing week. I suggest dinner at the Key Colony Inn it was absolutely delicious!! I wish I had eaten there more than once. Sunset Park is within walking distance and the sunsets AMAZING! Thank you!"
