“It was very clean and nice. The air conditioning worked great. Located close to Duval. The only issue we had was that there was no closet or place to put clothes so after a few days it was hard to keep organized.”

“This is an excellent location if you want to be near Duval shops and dining / nightlife establishments. The guys at the A&R moped and cart shop right next door are super cool. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It’s located in a quaint, gated multi-unit (12?) villa style arrangement with both full time residents and the renters. We were assisted by one very friendly resident and never felt unwelcome by the others. This is my 2nd stay here and I would absolutely……

“Space , location great Newer bathrooms except one Common area need some care Lots of rott around the house But can’t beat the location and the eight bedrooms will go back with the guys .”

“This was the best rental property my wife and I have stayed at. We have utilized rental properties in many different States and also Key West previously but this property was perfect in every way. To top it off, the Vacasa team (specifically Justin) were accomodating, friendly and made our stay first rate. “Overall we greatly enjoyed our trip and stay at the James House of the Curry Mansion. We did not experience the curry mansion in its heyday and therefore greatly enjoyed our stay compared to all these other reviewers who have been going for years and say "remember when". If you go in knowing that you're going to get a more DIY experience, it makes it much easier. The concierge was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for fun daytime and nighttime activities, although it can get……

“The location , room cleanliness and actual grounds of the place perfect , definitely would recommend and come back to stay. Only suggestions would be a 2-ton ac wi how unit. During the hot months I think it would be a bit uncomfortable, granted we don’t stay in room much but after being out All day . Sleeping for me was just right with ceiling fan and large pedestal fan on high . But if it was 5-10 degrees hotter at night I wouldn’t of faired so well.. but it was perfect none the less”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our trip to Key West and the place was perfect for two! Decor was on point, walkable to Ana's Cuban Cafe for morning coffee, El Siboney for ToGo Cuban sandwiches along our walk to Clarence Beach and to all of the historical sites.”

“This cozy little cottage was exactly as advertised. The perfect little getaway for me and my spouse, cute decor, great location, quiet and inviting. Had absolutely zero problems. The AC was definitely a necessity and the little details like the origami folded towels was a nice touch! 10/10 would stay here again.”

“Location was perfect. The place is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures. Could use some updates the coffee pot was single serve with two coffee bags. Luckily, a fantastic coffee shop was about 100 feet away. If you have bad back, I would not recommend this place. The mattress's were horrible. Pretty pricey for what you get.”
