Lovely neighborhood, lots of restaurants just blocks away, including Rough Draft bookstore/cafe/bar a block away which was a hit with the whole family. We hiked Mohonk Preserve by day and enjoyed the backyard and fire at night. Andrea left amenities that went above and beyond the usual rental. Highly recommend!”

Hot tub and fire pit spaced apart allowing both unit occupants to enjoy the yard privately. Seth amazing to interact with and immediate responses with any questions.”

“Comfortable apartment, clean and pet friendly. Beds are comfortable which isn’t always the case. Stayed with older children/teens and a 50 lbs dog while visiting family over Thanksgiving. Not ideal for younger children as there are level changes in the unit and it’s on a hill with a drop off. Worked well for us.”

Our purpose was well served; an overnight as we were traveling north.The price for 4 adults was fair and economical.The upstairs loft bedroom, with a low ceiling was a little challenging, but doable. We may have misread the description, but thought there was an extra half bathroom. All good in the end and we had a pleasant stay.”

The stone walkways were magical. I have truly never seen such amazing masonry work. We had a piano player and chef come in one night. This was one of the best vacations I have had in a long time. “We had so much fun in Kingston and loved our location. It was so easy to walk to restaurants after a day of driving through the Hudson Valley and partaking in wine at many of the wineries. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and the backyard was a lovely space. Our only concern was the staircase to the basement. We really needed a railing and more lighting. But that might just be our age...it's hard to see these days! Thank you for everything!”
