"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful Japanese garden next to it. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and trees were lit up at night. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with Kobe beef at their teppanyaki restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would love to stay again for a longer time."
